After graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Canterbury, he spent 10 years in consultancy, becoming a Chartered Engineer and leading complex structural projects.

Paul takes a careful, methodical approach to development – no site is purchased or progressed without passing his thorough checklist. This mindset ensures every project is grounded in smart, responsible decision-making.

As Managing Director, Paul oversees the day-to-day operations at Citrus Living, making sure every home is built with quality, integrity, and long-term value in mind.
