Josh joins Citrus Living as a Project Manager in Christchurch, bringing 13 years of carpentry experience to the team. With a strong trade background, he understands the build process from the ground up.

Previously a Site Manager, Josh has led teams on site, coordinated trades, and delivered projects to a high standard. His practical knowledge and leadership experience make him a great fit for our growing Christchurch portfolio.

Working under Senior Project Manager Ants Sefton (his dad), Josh is proud to be part of the Citrus Living team, helping deliver quality homes across Canterbury.
