Citrus Livings second project. This was a 88-unit development on an old car wrecking site, which is still Christchurch’s largest townhouse project to date. To achieve this ambitious goal within a year, we adopted prefabrication. We set up a factory, built the units partially offsite, transported them to the location, and craned them into place. This approach not only ensured efficiency but also allowed us to refine our quality assurance processes—laying the foundation for scalable, reliable systems moving forward.
